Custom-built Training Plans and Coaching
$495/month
Designed for riders at every level, each training plan is customized to fit your exact goals and needs. Best for beginner-level riders, elite racers, age-group athletes, and everyone in between.
Our plans are designed for athletes with big goals. Riders aiming to complete their first century or 100km gravel race, a 40km time trial PR, or win a National Championship, for example, are a great fit for ZNehr Coaching.
Based on your initial fitness test, you will be provided with daily workouts in TrainingPeaks with HR and/or Power zones. Workouts include interval sets, openers, races, and group rides, with the flexibility needed to balance training with everyday life. Our plans will help you improve your fitness and arrive fit and fresh for your next goal event.

$475 per 3 months
If you would like a custom-built training plan only, we can build you a plan that fits your unique lifestyle and needs better than our competitors. There’s only so much artificial intelligence (AI) can do, and canned training plans are even more troublesome.
We can build you a training plan on TrainingPeaks that includes all of your specific needs according to your lifestyle and schedule, as well as your training terrain, a balance between indoor and outdoor riding, and training equipment such as heart rate monitors, power meters, or just training on feel.
Included in this offer are free 30-minute follow-up meetings every three months.
These plans can be designed for riders at every level, so they are best for beginner-level riders, elite racers, age-group athletes, and everyone in between.

Consulting and Private Group Rides
$130/hour
Perhaps you have a solid training plan, but you have a lot of questions about cycling. What should I eat before a race? How can I recover better in between workouts? Or what the heck is Zone 2??
ZNehr Coaching is available for consultations and private group rides at a rate of $120/hour. You can send in your questions ahead of time, and we will be prepared for everything that you can throw at us.
Private group rides are available, where Coach Zach can teach you valuable riding skills such as cornering, shifting, balance, confidence, riding in a group, drinking from a water bottle while riding, and more. ZNehr Coaching is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but you may be able to catch us while we are traveling (probably for a bike-related event).

Strength Training Plans
$150/month
Increase your sprint power, reduce your chance of injury, look better, and feel better—what’s not to love about strength training? Our strength training plans are custom-built to help you reach your goals and tailored to only you. We write plans for experienced lifters, total newbies, those with gym access, and those without gym access.
Each strength training plan includes a detailed workout calendar, which you can view in full, as well as specific instructions for each exercise. Contact time is weekly via e-mail and monthly via text/phone.
Billing occurs every four-week cycle, and strength training plans range from 4 weeks in length to 52 weeks.
These plans can be bundled with a ZNehr Coaching Training Plan for a 20% discount or purchased separately.

Triathlon Plans and Coaching
$500/month
Triathletes can be coached through a ZNehr Coaching Training Plan for $500/month and all the benefits listed above. More information for our triathletes:
Instead of just one sport, there are now three (or four or five, if you count nutrition and strength training. Which you definitely should). There’s a lot of ground to cover here, and despite the anti-triathlon stigma that is so prevalent in road cycling, I love the sport of triathlon. I love swimming and biking and running. I love Kona and everything about IRONMAN. I have a unique appreciation for triathletes, from novices to professionals, to age-groupers, and everyone in between. The ability to push oneself for hours on end is both a skill and an art form, and I have seen first-hand how meaningful it is for a triathlete to cross the finish line at their goal race. Whether they are first or last, it doesn’t really matter. Crossing the finish line is all that does, and if it comes with a bouquet or a PB (personal best, not peanut butter…), it’s certainly a nice bonus.
Head Coach Zach Nehr has personal experience in all three triathlon sports, as well as extensive knowledge in the world of nutrition and strength training. Whether your goal is to complete your first Olympic distance tri or qualify for Kona, Zach can help you achieve your goals.
