American Sepp Kuss took an incredible stage victory on Stage 15 of this year’s Vuelta a España. In only his second year of racing at the World Tour level – and only his fifth season of racing road bikes – Kuss rode to victory atop the Santuario del Acebo while pushing over 6 W/kg. But there’s a lot more to the story than just that.
